Abstract
Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengelolaan arsip inaktif di Biro Keuangan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Pentingnya pengelolaan arsip inaktif yaitu untuk memudahkan temu kembali arsip inaktif yang cepat dan tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan arsip inaktif di Bagian Arsip Biro Keuangan BPS dengan fokus pengamatan mulai dari tahap pemindahan ke bagian arsip sampai ke tahap penyusutannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Adapun proses sistem pengelolaan arsip inaktif mengacu pada pedoman manajemen arsip inaktif yang dikeluarkan oleh ANRI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pengelolaan arsip inaktif di Biro Keuangan Badan Pusat Statistik sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan pedoman yang ada. Meskipun begitu, peneliti masih menemukan beberapa kendala di luar proses pengelolaannya.
......This research discusses about the management of inactive records in Biro Keuangan of Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The importance of the management of inactive records is to facilitate retrieval of inactive records quickly and accurately. The purpose of this study is to investigate the management of inactive records in Biro Keuangan of Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) with a focus on observations from the stage of transfer to the records center until the disposition phase. This study is a qualitative research using case study method. The process of inactive records management system refers to an inactive records management guidelines issued by the ANRI. These results indicate that the management of inactive records in the Biro Keuangan of Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) has been running well in accordance with existing guidelines. Nonetheless, researchers still found some obstacles beyond their management process.
