Abstract
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penerapan portal Mahkamah Agung RI untuk
mewujudkan keterbukaan informasi publik. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian
deskriptif yang menggunakan paradigma positivis. Penelitian ini mencoba
menggambarkan bagaimana hasil penerapan portal www.mahkamahgung.go.id
dan kaitannya dengan pelaksanaan transparansi dan keterbukaan informasi publik
dari Mahkamah Agung RI kepada masyarakat sebagai publiknya. Hasil penelitian
ini menyebutkan bahwa penerapan portal Mahkamah Agung RI belum berjalan
dengan baik dari segi bentuk relasi e-government dan peningkatan transparansi
dan keterbukan informsi publik.
Abstract
This thesis is about the Implementation of Mahkamah Agung RI?s portal to Establish Public Information Transparency. This reearch formed in descriptive analysis which uses positivist paradigm. It tries to describe how about the implementation of portal www.mahkamahagung.go.id and the relation with Public Information Transparency activites from Mahkamah Agung RI to its public. The result of this research told that Implementation of Mahkamah Agung RI?s portal doesn?t work good yet from the side of the e-government?s relation and the increasing of Public Information Transparency.;
