Rendahnya kunjungan pemeriksaan kehamilan dalam bentuk K4 di Puskesmas DTP Sindangratu,menjadi salah satu penyebab AKI dan AKB yang masih tinggi. Penelitian ini mengenai faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kunjungan pemeriksaan kehamilan K4 di puskesmas DTP Sindangratu, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui secara lebih mendalam gambaran dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhungan dengan rendahnya kunjungan pemeriksaan kehamilan K4 yang baru mencapai 76.7% dari target 90%. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, jumlah responden 121 ibu yang mempunyai bayi berumur 0 ? 6 bulan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Symple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan dukungan suami merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kunjungan K4. Berdasarkan penelitian diatas disarankan agar puskesmas meningkatkan kegiatan penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya pemeriksaan kehamilan bagi ibu hamil, keluarga dan masyarakat. The low visit of the antenatal care in the form of K4 in Public Health Center of DTP Sindangratu becomes one of the causes of the Number of Mother?s Death (AKI) and the Number of Baby?s Death (AKB) that are still high. This research is about the factors that connect with the antenatal care K4 in Public Health Center of DTP Sindangratu, with the aim of recognizing deeper description and factors of anything that connects with the low visit of the antenatal care K4 that only attains 76,7% from the target of 90%. This research uses the cross sectional design, the amount of respondent is 121 of mothers who have babies at the age of 0-6 months by taking sample technique of random sampling. The result of the research shows that knowledge and support from husband is the factor that connects with the antenatal care K4. Based on the research above, it is suggested that Public Health Center should improve the counseling activity about the importance of antenatal care for pregnant mother, family and society. |
