Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) adalah salah satu sarana pemantauan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita yang sangat penting dan memiliki peran strategis dalam upaya pembentukan generasi penerus yang sehat, cerdas, dan berkualitas. Namun pemanfaatannya oleh ibu balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Maek masih jauh dari yang diharapkan, dimana cakupan D/S Puskesmas Maek hanya sebesar 62,6%. Angka ini masih jauh dibawah target Ditjen Bina Gizi dan KIA Kemenkes RI yaitu sebesar 85%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pemanfaatan posyandu oleh ibu balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Maek, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota tahun 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasinya adalah ibu balita yang mempunyai anak umur 4-59 bulan dengan sampel berjumlah 100 orang. Analisis menggunakan chisquare. Hasil penelitian diperoleh ibu balita yang mempunyai perilaku baik dalam pemanfaatan posyandu adalah sebesar 41%. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh faktor yang berhubungan secara bermakna dengan perilaku pemanfaatan posyandu oleh ibu balita adalah umur ibu (p=0,001), pekerjaan ibu (p=0,023), umur balita (p=0,000), urutan kelahiran balita (p=0,006) dan kepemilikan KMS (p=0.001). Disarankan agar semua pihak baik dari unsur kesehatan, kader, tokoh masyarakat maupun masyarakat sendiri bahu membahu dalam menggerakkan posyandu.
Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) is one of growth monitoring facilities and development of toddler is very important and has a strategic role in efforts to establish the next generation of healthy, intelligent, and quality. However, its utilization by mother of toddler in the working area of Community Health Center of Maek is still far from the expected, where the coverage of D/S CHC Of Maek only by 62,6%. This figure is still far below the target of Ditjen Gizi and KIA Kemenkes RI which is 85%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with utilization behavior of integrated service post (posyandu) by mother who has toddler in the working area of Communitity Health Center of Maek, District of Lima Puluh Kota in 2012. This research is a descriptive study with cross sectional design. Population is the mother who has children aged 4-59 months with totaling sample of 100 people. The analysis using the chi-square. The results of research obtained that mother toddler who have good behavior in utilization of integrated service post is 41%. From the analysis of data obtained factors significantly associated with utilization behavior of integrated service post (posyandu) by mother who has toddler is the mother's age (p=0,001), occupation (p=0.023), age toddlers (p=0,000), toddlers birth order (p=0,006) and ownership of KMS (p=0,001). It is recommended that all sector, both of the elements of health, cadre of health, community leaders and communities themselves to work together in improve performance the integrated service post. |
