 Abstract
Tesis ini membahas mengenai faktor risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan kinerja dalam penerapan sistem Reward dan Punishment pada proyek konstruksi. Peristiwa risiko yang dominan ditemukan dalam lima bagian, yaitu Falsafah Dasar, Persepsi Seluruh Karyawan, Manajemen Kinerja, Komunikasi dan Kompensasi. Masing-masing peristiwa yang dominan ini kemudian dicari dampak, penyebab, dan tindakan preventif. Tindakan preventif dimaksudkan agar pada proyek yang selanjutnya peristiwa ini tidak terjadi lagi. ......The focus of this study is about Risk factors that influenced motivation and performance on the developement reward and punishment system on construction project. Dominant risk factors founded in five part, which is basic principle, employee perception, performance management, communication, compensation. After that we will look for the impact, the causes, and the preventive response for each of these factors. The responses means so that the risk will not happen on the next project.
