ABSTRAK ISPA merupakan penyakit infeksi yang sering terjadi dan penyebab kematianbalita di negara maju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran danfaktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian ISPA di Wilayah Kecamatan GombongKabupaten Kebumen Jawa Tengah tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakandesain cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua balita yangberumur 0 ? 59 bulan dengan jumlah sampel 166 balita yang di ambil secarasystematic random sampling pada karakteristik balita, lingkungan rumah, sumberpencemaran udara dalam rumah dan partikulat debu PM 2,5. Penelitian inimenunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara ASI Eksklusif (2,19;1,15,-4,16), status imunisasi (3,25;1,14-9,49), status gizi (4,18;1,12-15,59),pencahayaan (2,32;1,10-4,85), kepadatan hunian (2,08;1,11-3,88), adanyaperokok (2,23;0,15-4,322) dan ada hubungan jarak rumah dari jalan raya yangmengandung PM 2,5 (8,00;1,52-42,04) dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita. Abstract Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) is an infectious disease it is the most commoncause of infant mortality in developing countries. This study aims is to find anoverview and factors related of the incidence of ARI in the Kebumen Region,Gombong subdistric of Province Central Java in 2012. This study uses crosssectionaldesign. The population in this study were all children aged 0 days - 59months with a sample of 166 children under five year old. This study samplingtaken by systematic random sampling on factor characteristics of infants, homeenvironment, sources of indoor air pollution and accidental sampling on factorparticulate dust PM of 2.5. The results of this study showed significant associationbetween the characteristics of a toddler: breastfeeding status (2,19;1,15 to 4,16),immunization status (3,25;1,14 to 9,49), nutritional status (4,18;1,12to 5,59) homeenvironment factors: density residential (2,08;1,11-3,88), lighthing (2,32;1,10-4,85), sources of pollution air in the house: the smokers (2,23;0,15-4,322) andassociation between PM 2,5 of house distance from the main road (8,00;1,52-42,04) with acute respiratory infection. |
