ABSTRAK
Telah dilakukan penelitian efek anti jamur dari Zingiber Of ficinale Roscoe terhadap jamur Trichophyton men tagrophy tes, Trichophyton rubrum dan microsporum canis, dengan menentukan zona hambatan pertumbuhan jamur secara cakram dan kadar hambat minimal secara pengenceran tabung. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh jamur Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton rubrum dan microsporum canis memberikan kadar hambat minimum sebaqai berikut 6,25 mg/ml, 12,5 mg/ml dan 6,25 mg/ml. Berdasarkan zona hambatan yang diperoleh, efek anti jamur tertinggi diberikan terhadap jamur Trichophyton mentagrophytes kemudian disusul Trichophyton rubrum dan Nicrosporum canis ABSTRACT
It ha been carried out to study the effct of anti fungi of Zingiber officinale Roscoe against the dermatophyta fungi such as, Trichophyton nien tagrophytes. Trichophytori rubrum and Microsporum canis, determined the growth inhibitation zone by the dies inethode and determined the minimum inhibitation concentration b y the dilution tube method. The result of this study shows that Tnichophyton inentagrophytes. Trichophyton rubrum and Microsporum canis give the minimum inhibitation concentration respectively 6.25 mg/ml, 12.5 mg/ml and 6.25 mg/ml. According to the growth inhibitation zone, Tnichophyton inentagrophytes gives the highest diameter of the growth inhibitation zone compares to the other two fungsi. |
