Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi proses restrukturisasi birokrasi yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang dalam kaitannya dengan pengembangan Good Governance di tingkat lokal khususnya dilihat dari aspek kompetensi administrasi, transparansi dan efisiensi dari Birokrasi Pemerintah Daerah.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis, yaitu mengumpulkan informasi mengenai status gejala yang ada, yaitu keadaan gejala menurut apa adanya pada saat penelitian dilakukan.Disimpulkan bahwa restrukturisasi birokrasi yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Daerah ternyata belum mengarah pada pengembangan good governance, karena hanya dalam proses restrukturisasi birokrasi dan aspek kompetensi lembaga saja yang sudah mengarah kepada Good Governance, untuk kompetensi personil, transparansi dan efisiensi ternyata belum terakomodasi.
The research aims to know and to evaluate the bureaucratic restructuring process carried out by the Government of Tangerang Regency in relation to the development of Good Governance in local level, particularly viewed from the aspects of administrative competence, transparency and efficiency of the Local Government Bureaucracy.The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis, which collects information about the status of existing symptoms, the symptoms according to what the circumstances when the study was conducted.It was concluded that the restructuring of the bureaucracy that implemented by the local government has yet to lead to the development of good governance, as it is only in the process of restructuring the bureaucracy and aspects of competence of the institutions are already leading to good governance, for personnel competence, transparency and efficiency had not yet accommodated. |
