Abstract
Infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang handal diperlukan untuk mendukung kelancaran proses bisnis. PT XYZ menggunakan e-mail untuk melakukan proses bisnisnya. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk memberikan solusi arsitektur yang handal untuk PT XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Architecture Development Method (ADM) The Open Group Achitecture Framework (TOGAF) untuk menyusun solusi yang tepat bagi arsitektur Enterprise E-mail PT XYZ. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk menyusun penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dengan manajer teknologi informasi PT XYZ dan studi literatur. Data yang ada kemudian diolah untuk menghasilkan solusi arsitektur untuk PT XYZ. Hasil penelitian ini adalah suatu solusi arsitektur SI/TI khususnya Enterprise E-mail yang handal bagi PT XYZ.
Reliable information technology infrastructure is needed to support a smooth business processes. PT XYZ use e-mail to conduct of business process. This research tries to give a reliable architecture solutions to PT XYZ. this research uses Architecture Development Method (ADM) The Open Group Achitecture Framework (TOGAF) method to develop the right solution for Enterprise E-mail architecture of PT XYZ. Data collection techniques that are used to compose the research is observation, interview with PT XYZ Information Technology Manager and literature study. The data are then processed to produce a solution architecture for PT XYZ. The results of this research are reliable IS/IT architecture solution for PT XYZ, especially Enterprise E-mail.
