Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tipe kepemilikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang dianalisis berdasarkan tahap siklus hidup (life-cycle) perusahaan pada periode 2007-2011. Penelitian ini mengacu pada penelitian Liang dan Lin (2011). Pengujian dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan total sampel sebanyak 103 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menemukan ada pengaruh struktur kepemilikan pada kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan ROA dan IAROA. Selain itu pengaruh struktur kepemilikan juga bervariasi pada setiap fase life-cycle yaitu fase growth, mature, dan stagnant.
ABSTRACT
This study is designed to determine the effect of ownership structure in relationship of performance to listing firm on Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially for manufacturing company, in the perspectif of life-cycle for period 2007-2011. This research refers to previous research conducted by Liang and Lin (2011). This study using linear multivariate regression for 103 companies. The empirical result show there is relationship between ownership structure with performance (ROA dan IAROA) of company. Besides that, the relationship between ownership structure to performance also variate in every life cycle, start from growth stage, mature stage, and stagnant stage.
