ABSTRAK Air merupakan salah satu sumber daya alam yang paling penting bagi semuakehidupan di Bumi. Dalam fasilitas industri, air digunakan dalam berbagaikegiatan. Total dikenal sebagai Total E & P Indonesie (TEPI) adalah perusahaanyang beroperasi di Indonesia di sektor energi dan manufaktur kimia, terutamapada industri minyak dan gas. Makalah ini akan mengevaluasi kinerja instalasipengolahaan air terhadap kualitas air yang dihasilkan dan akan dibandingkandengan peraturan air minum di Indonesia (Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RepublikIndonesia Nomor 736/Menkes/Per/VI/2010 tentang persyaratan kualitas airminum). TEPI memiliki enam Water Treatment Plant (WTP) untuk mendukungair bersih untuk ladang minyak dan gas, kantor, dan perumahan bagi karyawandan ada WTP Gunung Karang, PWT Sepinggan, PWT Handil 2 Base, DWTSenipah, PWT Handil CPA (Central processing area), dan PWT CPU (CentralProcessing Unit). Dari pengamatan di lapangan, pemeliharaan periodik, hasil dariparameter analisis dipelajari (kekeruhan, pH, TDS, Fe, temperatur, residu klorin,bakteri umum, bakteri coliform dan bakteri E.coli) dan wawancara denganoperator dari PWT, bahwa ada tiga PWT dalam kondisi baik (WTP GunungKarang, PWT Sepinggan dan WTP CPU), satu PWT dalam kondisi baik dengancatatan (DWT Senipah) dan dua PWT berada dalam kondisi buruk (WTP CPAdan WTP Handil 2 Base). From observation in the field, the periodicmaintenance, the results of analysis parameters studied (turbidity, pH, TDS, Fe,temperature, residual chlorine, general bacteria, bacteria coliform and bacteriaE.coli) and interviews with operator from PWT, there are three PWT that in agood condition (WTP Gunung Karang, PWT Sepinggan and WTP CPU), onePWT in a good condition with a note (DWT Senipah) and two PWT are in a badcondition (WTP CPA and WTP Handil 2 Base). |
