Penerapan otomasi di perpustakaan dapat menimbulkan dampak yang sangat luas, terutama pada sistem kerja, perubahan manajerial organisasi, serta tanggapan pegawai, maupun tanggapan pemustaka (Pengunjung dan anggota perpustakaan). Oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari pegawai perpustakaan Nasional terhadap implementasi Sistem Informasi Integrated Library System (INLIS), maka peneliti termotivasi untuk melakukan kajian penerimaan pegawai Perpustakaan Nasional terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi INLIS. Model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan penggabungan dari model UTAUT Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology ) yang dikembangkan oleh Venkatesh (2003) dengan model integratif multi level abstraksi (Koh et.al., 2010), serta menggabungkan model Task Technology Fit (Zhou et. al., 2010) dan symbolic adoption (Nah et. al, 2004).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penerimaan yang dapat mempengaruhi pegawai dalam menggunakan Sistem informasi INLIS. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer, yang merupakan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada para pegawai perpustakaan yang berhubungan langsung dengan Sistem informasi INLIS. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) pada program AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) dan melakukan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis).Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap model peneltian yang diuji membuktikan bahwa faktor kualitas informasi (Information Quality) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan atas perolehan informasi (Information Satisfaction) sebesar (CR : 9.982 dan P : 0.000), serta Kapuasan perolehan informasi (Information Satisfaction) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap harapan pegawai atas performa (Performance Expectancy) sistem INLIS sebesar (CR : 8.367 dan P : 0.000). Adapun faktor yang memiliki pengaruh positif secara lansung terhadap mental penerimaan pegawai (Symbolic Adoption) dalam mengadopsi sistem INLIS adalah harapan atas performa sistem INLIS (Performance Expectancy) sebesar (CR : 2.024 dan P : 0.043) dan faktor harapan upaya pengguna sistem INLIS (Effort Expectancy) sebesar (CR : 3.348 dan P : 0.000). Selain itu pula terdapat faktor Technology Characteristic yang memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Task Technology Fit sebesar (CR : 3.716 dan P : 0.000).
Application of library automation have a very wide effect, especially on a job system, changes in managerial organization, employee responses, and user responses (Visitors and members of the library). Therefore, to determine the response of the National Library employee on the implementation of the Integrated of National Library and Information System (INLIS), the researchers were motivated to conduct a research on a users acceptance of National Library employee on the use of INLIS. The model in this study is a unity of the UTAUT model (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) developed by Venkatesh (2003) with a model of integrative model of multi-level abstractions (Koh et al, 2010), as well as combining a models of Task Technology Fit ( Zhou et. al., 2010) and symbolic adoption (Nah et. al, 2004).The aims of the study is to determine the acceptance factors that may affect the employee in using INLIS. This study is using a primary data, which is a result of the questionnaires which has distributed to employees who deal directly with INLIS library information system. Analysis of the data using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) on the program AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) and perform Path Analysis.Based on the analysis of the research that tested, the model proves that Information Quality factor has a positive impact on information satisfaction of (CR : 9.982 dan P : 0.000), as well as Information Satisfaction had a positive influence on employee expectations on Performance Expectancy of INLIS system (CR : 8.367 dan P : 0.000). The factors that have a positive effect on mental of acceptance (Symbolic Adoption) in adopting the INLIS system is the expectation of INLIS performance (Performance Expectacion) (CR : 2.024 dan P : 0.043) and the expectation factors of the users effort of INLIS System (Effort Expectancy) (CR : 3.348 dan P : 0.000). Beside that, the Technology Characeteristic factors has a positive influence on the Task Technology Fit (CR : 3.716 dan P : 0.000). |
