Daerah (APBD) Provinsi DKI Jakarta : Analisis Output-Input. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa alokasi belanja Anggaran pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Provinsi DKI Jakarta belum sepenuhnya dialokasikan ke sektor-sektor unggulan daerah, sehingga diperlukan penajaman alokasi belanja anggaran. Pengalokasian belanja APBD yang tepat sasaran diharapkan mampu memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi, penyerapan tenaga kerja dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Input-Output (I-O) yang diawali dengan identifikasi sektor-sektor unggulan daerah. Selanjutnya dilakukan identifikasi dan analisis angka pengganda, dampak belanja APBD Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2006 - 2010, dampak APBD simulasi dan perbandingan dampak belanja APBD Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2006 - 2010 dengan dampak APBD simulasi. Berdasarkan tabel input output provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2006 dengan menggunakan klasifikasi 9 sektor, yang menjadi sektor-sektor unggulan daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta adalah sektor industri pengolahan dan sektor keuangan, real estate dan jasa perusahaan. Dari analisis angka pengganda output, angka pengganda pendapatan dan angka pengganda kesempatan kerja kedua sektor tersebut juga memiliki nilai di atas ratarata, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kedua sektor tersebut merupakan sektor pemicu pertumbuhan, pemacu pendapatan sekaligus penyerap tenaga kerja. Dengan melakukan perbandingan analisis dampak belanja APBD Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2006 - 2010 dan analisis dampak APBD simulasi diperoleh hasil bahwa efek penajaman alokasi belanja APBD dengan cara memberi tambahan alokasi belanja ke sektor - sektor unggulan daerah maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terjadi penambahan output perekonomian dan penambahan kesempatan kerja.
