Implementasi GCG dimaksudkan agar terwujudnya keterbukaan informasi, adanya pertanggungjawaban pimpinan, perlakuan adil bagi setiap karyawan dalam menjalankan kewajiban dan menerima hak-haknya sebagai karyawan maupun adanya keterlibatan dari seluruh karayawan dalam pengembangan organisasi agar lebih baik lag. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip good corporate governance ditinjau dari persepsi karyawan pada PT. Antam Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance berdasarkan pada lima dimensi yaitu prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, kemandirian dan keadilan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan prinsip good corporate governance menurut persepsi karyawan sudah sesuai dan sudah diterapkan secara baik dalam menjalankan tata kelola perusahaan. The purpose of good corporate governance implementation to disclosure information transparency, leadership accountability, fair to all employe in obligations and rights as a employee and the involvement from all employee in order to develop business organisastion to reach company goals. This research aims to analyze implementation of good corporate governance principle based on the employee perception. This research uses a quantitative approach. The technique of data collection is carried out by means of dissemination of the questionnaire and the type of descriptive research. Implementation of good corporate governance principle based on five dimensions; there are transparency, independency, accountability, responsibility and fairness. Results of the study concluded that the implementation of good corporate governance at PT. Antam Tbk as overall was appropriate with company activity based on employee perception. |
