Abstract
Properti investasi merupakan properti yang dikuasai oleh pemilik atau penyewa melalui sewa pembiayaan untuk menghasilkan rental atau untuk kenaikan nilai atau kedua - duanya, dan bukan untuk dijual dan digunakan dalam kegiatan produksi. walaupun yang diterapkan di Indonesia harus berdasarkan PSAK, namun ada beberapa perusahaan properti yang menerapkannya sebagai aset tetap. Skripsi ini akan menganalisis penerapannya pada salah satu perusahaan properti di Indonesia, yakni PT IPM. PT IPM merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang properti yanitu menyewakan perkantoran.
Investment properties are properties held by the owner or tenant finance lease to earn rentals or for capotal appreciation or both, rather than for sale and use in production activities. although it should be applied in Indonesia under GAAP, but there are several properties that apply as a corporate asset. this research will analyze the application to one of the property companies in indonesia, namely PT IPM. PT IPM is a company engaged in the field os property that is rented office space.
