Drive test merupakan suatu pengukuran langsung yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi jaringan dari suatu operator dalam suatu wilayah. Skripsi ini membahas permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan kondisi jaringan 3G di area Cluster 1 dan Cluster 2 Tebet dari hasil pengukuran drive test berdasarkan standar parameter jaringan yang dipakai oleh operator, yaitu CPICH RSCP (Commant Pilot Channel Receive Signal Code Power), CPICH Ec/No (Commant Pilot Channel Energi Carrier per Noise), SQI (Speech Quality Index), CSSR (Call Setup Success Rate), CCSR (Call Complation Success Rate), SHO SR (Soft Hand Over Success Rate), CDR (Call Drop Rate). Dari hasil drive test dengan metode benchmark ini diketahui operator mana yang belum mencapai target untuk beberapa standar parameter jaringan. Untuk selanjutnya dari hasil drive test ini akan dipakai oleh pihak operator selaku penyedia layanan telekomunikasi untuk melakukan optimasi agar tercapai suatu hasil standar jaringan yang baik yang sesuai dengan standar parameter jaringan yang dipakai oleh operator. Drive test is a direct measure that aims to determine the condition of the network of an operator in the region. This thesis discusses the problems associated with the condition of the 3G network in the area Cluster 1 and Cluster 2 Tevet of drive test measurement results based on the standard parameters used by the network operator, the CPICH RSCP (Commant Pilot Channel Received Signal Code Power), CPICH Ec / No (Commant Energy Pilot Channel per Carrier Noise), SQI (Speech Quality Index), CSSR (Call Setup Success Rate), CCSR (Complation Call Success Rate), SHO SR (Soft Hand Over Success Rate), CDR (Call Drop Rate). From the results of test drives with benchmark method is known which operator has not reached the target for some standard network parameters. To further drive the results of these tests will be used by the operator as a telecommunications service provider to perform the optimization in order to achieve a good outcome networking standard that complies with the parameters used by the network operator. |
