ABSTRAK Thesis ini disusun sebagai panduan bagi PT. SAJ dalam mengaplikasikan levers ofcontrols berdasarkan kinerja mereka di tahun 2009. Dimana pada tahun 2009perusahaan menghadapi pembahan dalam lingkungan usaha mereka yangmengharuskan manajemen melakukan penyesuaian strategi menjadi "StabilityPaused and Proceed with Careful" dan "Cost Leadership". Pembahasan dalamthesis ini meliputi: (1) Diagnostic Control Systems dengan menggunakanbalanced scorecard, (2) Interactive Control System's, (3) Belief Systems serta (4)Boundary Systems Hasil penelitian menyaranlcan agar balanced scorecarddisosialisasikan kepada seluruh karyawan sebagai alat komunikasi untukpenyampaian strategi perusahaan dan alat penilaian kinerja yg adil.
