Abstrak
ABSTRACT
Supplier selection is one key activity in Procurement. Supplier which found by appropriate selection will deliver their product and services as requirement. It is time consuming for do the selection but it is worth to have the result. Moreover it is help to have a good reason when choose a supplier for Indirect Procurement which has complexity and various requests. Many methods can be used for Supplier Selection, as recommendation from many study, this thesis use Analytic Hierarchy Process Method. AHP is a method which help decision maker to choose the best option with considering multi-attribute criteria. Due to AHP is a subjective method, this thesis also use Weighted Points Method for comparison and minimize the subjectivity.
