ABSTRACT Supplier selection is one key activity in Procurement. Supplier whichfound by appropriate selection will deliver their product and services asrequirement. It is time consuming for do the selection but it is worth to have theresult. Moreover it is help to have a good reason when choose a supplier forIndirect Procurement which has complexity and various requests.Many methods can be used for Supplier Selection, as recommendationfrom many study, this thesis use Analytic Hierarchy Process Method. AHP is amethod which help decision maker to choose the best option with consideringmulti-attribute criteria. Due to AHP is a subjective method, this thesis also useWeighted Points Method for comparison and minimize the subjectivity. |
