| This paper is trying to find out the effects of instigating UU Otonomi Daerah 1999 (Law of Regional Autonomy 1999). By taking some regression based on simulation and true economic data of West Java during 1987- 1997, this paper is trying to compare between what has happened and what should has happened if the law has been run in ten years ago. The result of multiple regressions shows us that even they were in divergence, the rate of it give the impression of being weaker. Considered quandary is on the formula of Dana Alokasi Umum (General Allocation Fund) that have a tendency go to balancing function. This paper is also then recommends the variables that settle on the growth of region. Hence, we hope the decision makers can reconstruct for better allocation formula. |
