ABSTRAK Tesis ini membahas penentuan ergonomic assessment method untukmengidentifikasi dan menilai ergonomic hazards di pekerjaan yang palingberisiko menimbulkan musculoskeletal disorders pada perusahaan tambangbatubara yang menerapkan OHSAS 18001:2007. Penelitian diawali denganmenyebarkan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan jenis pekerjaan yang berisikomenimbulkan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) di area perkantoran danlapangan, mengobservasi proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan, merekonstruksi danmenganalisisnya dengan menggunakan software Jack 6.1, kemudianmenggunakan pendekatan Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) untuk menentukan dariketiga metode yang akan dipilih (LBA, OWAS, dan RULA), metode mana yangmenunjukkan sensitifitas penurunan nilai yang paling tinggi dari nilai untukkondisi aktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode LBA untuk area perkantorandan OWAS untuk area lapangan. ABSTRACT This thesis discusses ergonomic assessment method determination to identify andassess ergonomic hazards at the work which have the most risk to musculoskeletaldisorders in a coal mining company implementing OHSAS 18001:2007. Theresearch started by distributing a questionnaire to get the kind of work that haverisk causing Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in the office and field areas,observing the execution of the work, reconstructing and analyzing it using Jack6.1 software, then using Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) approach to determinefrom the three methods that will be selected (LBA, OWAS, and RULA), whichmethod shows the highest sensitivity degression of the value for the actualconditions. The results showed LBA method for the office area and OWAS for thefield area. |
