Akreditasi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan adalah upaya pemerintah yang dilakukan secara sistematis. berkesinambungan. terencana dan terarah guna menetapkan strata yang menggarnbarkan mutu penyelenggaraan pendidikan tenaaga kesehatan. Secara umum, tujuan dilaksanakannya akreditasi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan adalah untuk meningkatkan mutu penyelenggaraan pendidikan tenaga kesehatan yang berdampak menghasilkan lulusan yang bermutu sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan (Pusdiknakes, 200 I)Pembinaan dan pengawasanan penyelenggaraan Dari hasil analisis situasi dan analisis sistem ditemukan beberapa masalah yang ada seperti pembinaan institusi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan belum dilakukan secara kontinyu dan berdasarkan kebutuhan institusi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan, pengolahan data masih secara konvensional, keberadaan tim akreditasi provinsi yang belum jelas karena adanya KepMenkes Nomor : HK.00.06.1.03.03853 yang menyatakan Tim Akreditasi ditunjuk oleh Pusdiknakes, umpan balik yang disampaikan kepada institusi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan yang memuat aspek-aspek dari setiap komponen yang masih perlu ditingkatkan belum dijadikan bahan perencanaan pembinaan institusi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan.Hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini, telah dibuat prototipe Sistem Informasi Akreditasi Pendiilikan 'Fenaga Kesehatan (SIAYf-K) yang diharapkan dapat dipergunakan sebagai wat evaluasi diri bagi institusi diknakes maupun untuk pembinaan kepad institusi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. seca effektif dan effisien.Rekomendasi kepada Pusdiknakes terkait dengan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akreditasi Pendidikan enaga K:esehatan : I ) Tim pelaksana akreditasi terdiri dari unsur Pusdiknakes, Organisasi Profesi tingkat pusat, Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi ditambah dengan unsur Poltekkes masing-masing provinsi ; 2) untuk rekruitmen asesor, Pusdiknakes melakukan tahapan kegiatan ulai dari penetapan kriteria calon asesor, sosialisasi pendaftara calon asesor kepada Dinas kesehatan Provinsi Organisasi Profesi dan Poltekkes, seleksi (fit and proper test), penetapan Tim Akreditasi.

Other problems found are data processing method is still conventional, the existence of the accreditation team in the province level is not clear due to KepMenkes No. HK.00.06.1.03853 stating that the Accreditation Team is appointed by Pusdiknakes. The other problem encountered is feed back to the education institution of the health manpower containing many aspects to be improve is not considered as an input for planning the assistance to the education institution of the health manpower.The development of this the Health Manpower Education ( Sislem informasi Pendidikan Tenaga Kesehatan, SJAPTK) which is expected to be used as a self evaluation institution, as well as for a guidance to the education institution of the health manpower by Office of Health1n Southumatera Province efficiently and effectively.Recommendation to Pusdiknakes related to the development of SIAPTK: 1) Implementation Team consists f element from Pusdiknakes, Professional Organization in the Central level, Health Office in Province level completed by the element from Poltekkes in province level; 2J related to the assessor recruitment process, Pusdiknakes carries out the activity gradually from determining assessor candidate criteria, socialization of the assessor candidate to the HealthOffice in Province level, the Professional Organizations and Peltekkes, selection (fit and proper test). |
