Pembayaran perjasa layanan kesehatan mengakibatkan tingginya biaya kesehatan. Upaya pengendalian biaya kesehatan perlu dilakukan sehingga tercapai pembiayaan kesehatan yang baik. Salah satu caranya ialah sistem pembayanan di muka. Artinya sistem pembayaran kepada pemberi layanan kesehatan dengan jumlah uang yang sudah ditetapkan sebelum pelayanan diberikan dengan sebelumnya memperhitungkan tindakun medis yang diperlukan dan bananya hari rawat. Salah satu bentuknya adalah DRG's. DRG's adalah pengelompokan kasus penyakit dan tindakun. DRG's membutuhkan clinical pathway, Clinical Pathway adalah suatu alur proses kegiatan pasien dari mulai masuk sampai ke[uar. Dari clinical pathway kita mendapatkan cost of treatment-nya berdasarkan utilisasi dalam clinical pathway tersebut dengan unit cost yang ada di per tahapan. Belurn adanya penelitian cast of tnatment beroasarkan clinical pathway pada partisi other. Tindakan ESWL diagnosa batu ginjal merupakan salah salu yang termasuk partisi other. ESWL sendiri merupakan kedua terbanyak yang termasuk tindakan other di RS Pusat Pertarnina. Dan batu ginjal menernpati urutan kedua penyakit terbanyak di bagian urologi. Fee for service payment system makes health services cost increase. Things to he done in order to control health services cost containment. One of the way is prospective payment system. It means that the health provider are being paid before the service is given and had already knows the medical services and the length of stay of the service. One of the form is DRG's. DRG's is a group 'If diagnoses that is related. DRG 's needs clinical pathway. Clinical Pathway is the pathway of the patient from entering to family ending treatment. Based on its clinical pathway we get cost of treatment based on utilization of the clinical pathway and the cost unit in the steps of clinical pathway. There has been no research in cost of treatment based on its clinical patlrway in other partition. ESWL diagnose calculus of kidney is one of the other partition, ESWL is the second most high other parturition at Central Pertamina Hospital. An also Calculus of kidney is the second most high diagnose at the urology department. |
