Abstrak
Dewasa ini tuntutan Pemerintah terhadap BUMN sektor pupuk kian meningkat. Perusahaan diharapkan untuk dapat menyediakan jumlah yang cukup hagi pelanggan domestik. suhsidi maupun non subsidi dan disaat yang sama harus mernberikan kontribusi pemasukan bagi negara sebesar-besarnya. Menyadari tingginya tuntutan kinerja yang harus dicapai perusahaan, PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) sudah sejak lama mengembangkan panerapan Balanced Scorecard sebagai sistem pangukuran kinerjanya. Adapun Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keselarasan desain Balanced Scorecard dengan strategi perusahaan dan tingkat keberhasilan implementasinya dengan menggunakan metude Execution Premium {Kaplan dan Norton, 2008) serta memberikan masukan terhadap perusahaan terkait dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi.
......Nowadays. the government's pressure on state ov.ned enterprises in the vertiHzer sector is ever increasing. Enterprises are expected to be able to fulfill domestic demands on both subsidised and non-subsidised products, while at the same time to contribute profits to the state as high as possible. Realizing the high performance it has to achieved, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) has been implementing the Balanced Scorecard method as a means to evaluate its performance. The objectives of this thesis. are to evaluate the sync between the Balanced Scorecard's design with the company's strategy and to evaluate the success of its implementation based on Execution Premium method. This thesis ill also gives suggestion to the problems faced by the company.
