Oleh sebab itu dalam pelaksanaannya sebagai pusat layanankesehaum, rumah sakit harus memiliki rencana strategis yang tepat agar RS dapatbcradaptasi dan terus berkembang sesuai dengan perubahan lingkungan,perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan formulasi Rencana StrategisEKA Hospital BSD yang tepat dan dapat dilaksanakan.pene1itian ini adalahpenelitian operasional dengan menganalisis data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif.Dari penelitian yang dllakukan didapatkan unsur peluang EKA Hospitalada!ah kebijakan pemerintah, sosial ekonoml, pendidikan, demografi, grografidan !l!knologi. Scdangkan unsur ancaman adalah pesaing. Unsur kekuatan EKAHospital adalah visi dan misi, struktur organisasi, SDM, keuangan, Sistemlnfommsi Manajemen dan pemasaran. Unsur kelemahannya adalah layananunggulan.Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini, posisl EKA Hospital berada pada futurequadrant ( Matriks TOWS ) dan strategy sel pada matriks IE.
