 Abstract
ABSTRAK
Kemampuan Organisasi untuk menghasilkan produk baru merupakan kemampuan yang sangat penting saat ini, karena lingkungan organisasi saat ini tems berubah secara cepat. Perubahan dalam sistem sosial-ekonomi, perubahan mengenai harapan dan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan, mcrupakan kesempatan dan lantangan yang hams dijawab oleh organisasi melalui produk dan jasa yang baru. Inovasi mcrupakan upaya meugeksploitasi perubahan menjadi Sebuah kcscmpatan bagi organisasi, atau bagaimana mcngcksploitasi ide baru secara sukses. lnovasi mcnjadi scmakin penting karena ada hubungan yang signihkan antara tingkat inovasi dengan tingkat kinerja organisasi. Namun demikian tidak semua inovasi secaaa langsung meningkatkan kinerja, ada banyak kasus organisasi yang inovatif tidak berkinerja balk. Tugas akhir ini ingin menjawab tantangan di atas, yaitu bagaimana mengelola sebuah proses inovasi. Pendekatan inisiatif managemen pcngetahuan digunakan karcna, walaupun menghasilkan produk dan jasa baru merupakan hal yang panting, namun jauh lebih penting adalah menciptakan pengetahuan baru yang memungkinkan semua ilu terjadi. Karena aktivitas inovasi merupakan aktivitas yang sarai dcngan pcngetahuan.
ABSTRACT
Study Program: Human Resources and Knowledge Mangement Title : Building Innovation advantage through Knowledge Management lnisiative on Training and Development Centre for Supervisory of Finance and Development Supervisory Board. Organizational Ability to create new product is a very important aspect in this time. organizational environment change very quickly. Change in sosial-economy system, changing in customer expectations and customer desires/needs can be challenges and opportunities for the organization to create and to serve new products or services. Innovation is to exploit change become an opportunity to organization, or how to exploit new idea successfully. Innovation becomes more important because there was signifikan corelation between levels of innovation with organization performance. But, not all innovation can directly improve organization pertbrmance, there were many cases, that inovative organization had poor performance. This Final Script try to answer this challenge, how to manage an innovation process in organization. Knowledge Management Initiative approach used because, even create new service and product was important things, but there much more important to create new knowledge to make all things happened. There was a reason that innovation activities were full knowledge activities.
