ABSTRAK Salah satu jutuan dari Program Peningkatan Peningkatan Disiplin Guru adalahmenciptakan suasanayang nyaman dan tertib dalam sekolah. SDN Krukut 3terletak _dxperbatasan desa dan kota, dengan fasilitas sekolah yang belumnssmadm. Fasiiitas yang kunmg memadai tidak akan menjadi mamlah jikadilmbaflgi @0380 ketertiban dalam kcgiatan belajar mengajamya Gurumerupakan ujung tombak pendidikan, salah sam pemnnya adalah menjadipenegak kedisiplinan sekohh. Sebagai penegak kedisiplinan gum hamsmenvwri peramran yang ada, agar dapat mergiadi ¢|1 yang ban; sinmsiyang dapat diamaii di SDN Krukut 3 adalah guru sexing keluar kelas saat jampelajaran hanya untuk membaca koran, berbincang-bincang dengan sesamaguru bahkan merokok.Tujuan utarna dari program intavensi adalah meningkatkan perilaku disiplingum dalam mentmti peramran. Progmn Peningkatan perilaku disiplin gurudilakukan melalui peudekatan appreciative inquiry. Apprecmtivc lnqubydrharapkan menjadi aluematif baru dalam melakukan pennbalmn suatuorganisasmppreciarive Inquiry bensaha mencmukan hal-hal texbaik yangterdapat pada gum, sekolah dan linglamgan sekitamya. Sebuah seni benanyapositif untuk memahami, mcngantisipasi dan mempcrkuat potensi positif yang guru. SDN Krukut 3, Limo, Depok is located at theoutskirts with the inadequate facilities. Basically the inadequate facilities will notbe the problem that the school has to face on as long as the maintenance of thediscipline at the teaching and learning process is condnctively done. As the mainperson in the teaching and learning process, teachers too must be able to maintainthe discipline both in the classroom and outside the classroom. Thus, in becomingthe role model for the students, the teachers too must obey and follow the rulesapplied in schooi. But in reality that happened in SDN Krulcut 3, Limo, Depok,the teachers manage to skip the class by leaving the classroom during theteaching and leaming process, reading the newspaper in the teacher?s lounge andworst above all smokingThe purpose of this intervention is for the teachers understand and obligethemselves with the rules provided, in order to maintain the teaching and learningprocess as well as they can. This program is done by using the appreciativeinquiry approaches. Hoping by using these approaches can be chosen as thealtemative way to make changes in an organization. Appreciative htquiry isapplied to seek out the positive potentials Rom teachers, schools and the school?senvironment. It is a lcind of the art of asking to understand, appreciate and tostrengthen the positive potentials that the teachers have. As it is already attirmedin seeking for the main problem to make the changes. These approaches are donethrough some steps, those are Discovery, Dream, Design and Destiny.And for the evaluation for this program, it takes 3 months. The agreement isalready settled to obtain the "I`eacher?s Attitude towards Rules?. Still thecontinuation of this intervention is required through the training, workshop and soon based on the need required.
