Skripsi ini membahas mengenai Proses Pelaksanaan Konseling Dalam Menangani Tindakan bullying Di Skolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini mencoba mendeskripsikan proses konseling dan mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam proses konseling yang diterapkan oleh Sekolah Menengah Atas "Y".Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses konseling yang diterapkan sudah baik namun ada beberapa kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki oleh Sekolah Menengah "Y" seperti peraturan yang diterapkan untuk bullying verbal, pengawasan sekolah di tempat yang kurang terstruktur, kerjasama sekolah dengan orang tua, dan peningkatan pengetahuan element sekolah baik di dalam (guru, kemanan, dan administrasi) maupun di luar (orang tua) sekolah mengenai tindakan bullying. This thesis is concerned to the process of the implementation of counseling in order to handle of bullying at senior high school. This research applied quantitative research with describe research as the type of research. This thesis is trying to describe the process of the counseling and to know the barrier and supporting factor in the process of counseling which is implemented by senior high school "Y".The result of research shows that the process of counseling which is implemented is good enough yet. There are several weaknesses that must be improved by senior high school "Y" such as rule which is implemented for verbal bullying, school's control at the lack of structured places, school and student's parents cooperation, and the improvement of the knowledge of school's element both inside (teacher, security, and administration) and outside (parent) of the school concerning bullying. |
