Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi, persen lemak tubuh, asupan zat gizi (asupan energi, karbohidrat, protein dan lemak), genetic (usia menarche ibu), sosial ekonomi, aktvitas fisik, dan stimulan psikis (keterpaparan media cetak, elektronik dan lawan jenis). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswi kelas IV - VI SDN Cijantung 03 dan kelas VII - VIII SMPN 103 Jakarta yang berumur 9-15 tahun. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode stratifikasi dan dilanjutkan dengan metode simple random sampling sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebesar 130 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar responden (69,2%) sudah menarche, dengan rata-rata usia menarche 139.26 ± 12,027 bulan atau 11,60 ± 1,00 tahun. Usia termuda yang mengalami menarche 108 bulan (9 tahun), dan usia tertua adalah 168 bulan (14 tahun). Variabel yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan status menarche pada penelitian ini adalah persen lemak tubuh (p= 0,001), aktivitas fisik (p=0,002), keterpaparan media elektronik (p=0,033) dan keterpaparan lawan jenis (p=0,011). Berdasarkan hasil uji multivariat diketahui faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan status menarche yaitu persen lemak tubuh (p=0,001) dengan OR 16,631. Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa persen lemak tubuh merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi terjadinya menarche. Berdasarkan hal ini disarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk melakukan pengukuran status gizi dan persen lemak tubuh secara berkala dengan bantuan dari instansi kesehatan terkait.
The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation among nutrient status, the percentage of body fat, nutrient intake (the intake of energy, carbohydrate, protein and fat), genetic (mother’s menarche age), social economic, physical activity, and physics stimulant (electronic media, printed media, and the relation with the opposite sex) againts the students of SDN Cijantung 03, and SMPN 103 Jakarta. The design of this research was cross sectional study. The population was female students 4th - 6th grade on SDN Cijantung 03 and 7th - 8th grade on SMPN 103 Jakarta around nine to fifteen years old. Samples were taken by stratified method and simple random, so the number of samples obtained was 130 respondents. The result showed that 69,2% from 130 respondents had menarche by the average of menarche age 139.26 ± 12,027 month or similar with 11,60 ± 1,00 year. The youngest age of menarche age was 108 months (9 years old) and the oldest age was 168 months (14 years old). The variable which has correlation with the menarche status in this reserach are the percentage of body fat (p=0,001), physical activity (p=0,002), the influence of electronics media (p=0,033) and relation with opposite sex (p=0,011). Based on the results of the multivariate test percentage of body fat was dominant factors that related to menarche status (p=0,001) with OR 16,631. The conclusion of this research, percentage of body fat was dominant factors that related to menarche status. Considering from this conclusion, the school suggested to measures students nutritional status and percentage of body fat regularly. |
