Abstrak
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pelecehan seksual pada perempuan di tempat kerja dengan lokasi studi kasus di Kantor Satpol PP Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Ditulis dengan menggunakan perspektif kriminologi feminis, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi-partisipatoris yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk ikut merasakan apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian dan memahami langsung fenomena yang terjadi di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bentuk-bentuk pelecehan yang terjadi di Kantor Satpol PP Provinsi DKI Jakarta, faktor-faktor penyebab pelecehan seksual di Kantor Satpol PP Provinsi DKI Jakarta, dan resistensi dari para korban pelecehan seksual di kantor tersebut.
......This thesis described the sexual harassment in the workplace with the Office of Study Sites in Jakarta municipal police. Written using feminist criminology perspective, this study used a qualitative approach with participatory observation method which enables researchers to come to feel what is experienced by the subject of research and understanding the phenomena that occurs directly in it. This study describes the forms of abuse that occur in the Office of DKI Jakarta municipal police, the factors that cause sexual harassment in the Office of DKI Jakarta municipal police, and the resistance of the victims of sexual harassment in the office.
