Abstract
Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan upaya pemeliharaan kesehatan bagi diri sendiri dan keluarga. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan tingkat PHBS di Indonesia masih rendah, terutama di daerah kumuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan faktor-faktor perilaku terhadap pelaksanaan PHBS pada keluarga di lingkungan Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) sampah Kecamatan Bantargebang.
Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan metode cross sectional. Sampel adalah 86 keluarga yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional kluster random sampling.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 55,8% responden ber-PHBS baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pekerjaan, keterpaparan media promosi PHBS dan pelayanan kader terhadap pelaksanaan PHBS (p<0,05, ?=0,05). Penelitian ini dapat menjadi evidence bass dalam menyusun rencana kegiatan untuk meningkatkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat.
......The clean and healthy behavior (PHBS) is a health maintenance effort for everybody and their families. Several studies have shown the level of PHBS in Indonesia is still low. The research objective was to discover the factors related to implementation of clean and healthy behavior in family at around the final disposal of waste, Bantargebang.
The research design was a descriptive correlative while the method was cross sectional. The samples are 86 respondents of family who were chosen according to a cluster random sampling method. The result found that as many as 55,8% respondents have a good behavior about clean and healthy behavior.
The research result showed a significant relation between the respondents? work status, the health promotion media exposure of clean and healthy behavior, a service cadres to implementation of clean and healthy behavior (p<0,05, ?=0,05). This study could become an evidence base in developing action plans to improve the practice of clean and healthy behavior.
