Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian kanker payudara wanita dan faktor-faktor risiko yang berpengaruh pada pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais tahun 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus-kontrol dengan penghitungan sampel menggunakan rumus uji hipotesis terhadap odds ratio. Sampel dalam penelian ini adalah pasien wanita di Poliklinik Onkologi Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais pada tanggal 30 April - 31 Mei 2013 yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode porpusive sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 68 orang. Hasil penelitian memperoleh hubungan antara umur haid pertama umur menopause, riwayat obesitas pascamenopause, dan aktivitas fisik dengan risiko kanker payudara. The objectives of this study are to describe the incidence of female breast cancer and risk factors related to it on outpatients of Dharmais Cancer Hospital in 2013. This research used case-control study design with hypothesis tests for an odds ratio as method to calculate needed sample. The subject of this study were female patients from Oncology Polyclinic of Dharmais Cancer Hospital on April 30 - May 31, 2013 chosen by purposive sampling method for the total of 68 participants. The results showed association between age at menarche, age at menopause, postmenopausal obesity, and physical activity with risk of breast cancer. |
