Abstract
Skipsi ini menganalisis secara komprehensif pelaksanaan Sistem Akuntansi Instansi SAI pada Kementerian Perumahan Rakyat Kemenpera Analisis dilakukan dengan mempelajari hasil audit BPK atas laporan keuangan tahun 2006 2011 Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan wawancara dengan instansi terkait diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan SAI telah berjalan dengan baik Terdapat permasalahan teknis yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan SAI Namun permasalahan tersebut tidak mempengaruhi opini audit Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian WTP yang diberikam oelh BPK.
......This thesis analyzes comprehensively the implementation of Sistem Akuntansi Instansi SAI at on Ministry of Public Housing The analysis was done by understanding the results of BPK audit on financial statements from 2006 to 2011 Based on the result of analysis and interviews with related agency it is concluded that the implementation of the SAI is exercised well There are some technical problems on the implementation of SAI However these problems don rsquo t affect the audit opinion given by BPK which is unqualified audit opinion.
