Abstract
Kanker merupakan suatu kondisi dimana sel telah kehilangan pengendalian dan pertumbuhan normal. Mastektomi tidak hanya meninggalkan bekas secara fisik, namun juga terhadap psikologis pasien yaitu menurunkan perasaan bangga sebagai wanita. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran konsep diri pasien post masektomi yang melibatkan 85 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil analisis univariat menjelaskan bahwa mayoritas responden post masektomi memiliki konsep diri yang positif (55,3%). Pasien post masektomi perlu diberikan konseling serta perilaku caring, sehingga pasien dapat menerima perubahan dalam dirinya dengan konsep diri yang positif.
