ABSTRAK Banyaknya pekerja migran perempuan yang menjadi korban tindak kekerasan diNegara tempat mereka bekerja mengakibatkan pekerja migran tersebut mengalamigangguan biopsikososial. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, tesis ini menggambarkantentang proses pemulihan biopsikososial di Rumah Perlindungan dan TraumaCenter (RPTC) terhadap pekerja migran perempuan korban tindak kekerasan sertafaktor pendukung dan penghambatnya selama proses pemulihan berlangsung.Dalam pelaksanaannya, pemulihan tersebut menangani permasalahan korban dariaspek fisik/biologis, psikologis dan sosialnya yang dilakukan oleh beberapaprofesi yaitu perawat, psikolog serta pekerja sosial dengan terintegrasiberdasarkan dengan tahapan-tahapan dalam intervensi sosial dari tahapengagement, assessment, planning, Implementation, Evaluation, Terminationsampai ke follow up. Pemulihan Biopsikososial ini bertujuan untuk memulihkankondisi klien kedalam kondisi normal sebelum kembali ke keluarga danlingkungan masyarakat di daerah asalnya. ABSTRACT Many of female migrant workers who experience the acts of violence in thecountry where they work has resulted bio-psycho-social disorders. With aqualitative approach, this thesis describes the bio-psycho-social rehabilitationprocess at Home Protection and Trauma Center (RPTC) against women migrantworkers that have become the victims of violence action. In addition to that, thisresearch also observes the barrier and its supporting factors for the recoveryprogress. In this regard, the recovery is to address the problems in multi-levelstreatment; physical/biological, psychological and social. This treatment isperformed by multi-professions, namely, nurses, psychologists and social workersrespectively. It is practiced in integrated stages of social intervention, startingfrom engagement, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, terminationand to enclose them with follow up(s). Bio-psycho-social rehabilitation aims torestore the normal conditions of the client's before returning to their family andcommunity in their original place. |
