Latar Belakang. Menurut The Institute of Medicine sekitar 7.000 orang Amerika tewas setiap tahun akibat kesalahan pengobatan. Kesalahan pengobatan terdairi dari kesalahan diagnosis, resep, dosis, pemberian obat, dan ketidakterbacaan tulisan dokter. Rumah Sakit Karya Bhakti sudah memiliki sistem yang terkomputerisasi untuk pengelolaan farmasi namun ada sejumlah resep tidak tertebus dari 233 lembar resep dan 577 resep pada setiap harinya.Tujuan. Menganalisa kesiapan pelayanan farmasi rawat jalan dalam penerapan sistem e-resep.Metode Penelitian. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif analitik yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei tahun 2013 di Rumah Sakit Karya Bhakti, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review dan wawancara mendalam.Hasil Penelitian. Model sistem e-resep yang paling cocok diterapkan di Rumah Sakit Karya Bhakti adalah kombinasi EPPAMS dan ETP. Sistem kombinasi ini bertujuan agar sistem e-resep memiliki pengaman dalam bentuk barcode dan memiliki sistem pengingat untuk pasien-pasien dengan pengobatan berkala. Kesiapan faktor sistem adalah 83% (sudah siap). Kesiapan faktor sumber daya manusia adalah 59% (kurang siap). Kesiapan faktor lingkungan pekerjaan adalah 72% (cukup siap). Kesiapan faktor pendukung adalah 83% (sudah siap).Kesimpulan. Rumah Sakit Karya Bhakti cukup siap menerapkan sistem e-resep (kesiapan 69%). Background. According to The Institute of Medicine, 7,000 Americans die each year due to treatment errors. Those errors include inaccuracy in diagnosis, prescription, dosage, drug delivery, and unreadable handwriting from physicians. Karya Bhakti Hospital already has a computerized system to manage the pharmacy sector but there still happens a condition that numbers of prescriptions has not been filled from 233 sheets and 577 prescriptions each day.Objective. Analyzing the readiness of outpatient pharmacy services in eprescribing implementation.Method. This study used analytical qualitative method which had been conducted in May 2013 at Karya Bhakti Hospital, Bogor, West Java. The data was collected using Systematic Literature Review and in-depth interview.Result. The model of e-prescribing system, which is most suitable for Karya Bhakti Hospital, is a combination of EPPAMS and ETP. The system aims to build safe e-prescribing in the system with barcode as a tool and to make a reminder system for the patient with regular treatments. The result of the study shows that system factors 83% (already ready), human resources factors 59% (less ready), environment factors 72% (quite ready), and supporting factors 83% (already ready).Conclusion. Karya Bhakti Hospital is ready enough to carry out the e-prescribing system (69% of readiness). |
