Perilaku seksual dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang dapat dilihat dengan teori Pender's Health Promotion Model (HPM). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan diri, paparan media internet, dan pendidikan kesehatan UKS dengan perilaku seksual remaja SMAN di Kotamadya Yogyakarta. Desain analisis korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional digunakan dalam penelitian pada 131 responden yang diperoleh dengan teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Hasil analisa chi square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna kepercayaan diri, paparan media internet, dan tidak ada hubungan bermakna pendidikan kesehatan UKS dengan perilaku seksual remaja (p = 0,000; 0,000; dan 0,178; CI 95%). Hasil uji regresi logistik didapatkan bahwa semua variabel independent memiliki hubungan bermakna yang didominasi oleh paparan media internet dengan (p = 0,000, OR = 16,519). Variabel counfounding yang mempengaruhi hubungan adalah jenis kelamin dan pengalaman berpacaran. Program pendidikan seksual perlu ditingkatkan di lingkungan sekolah yang berfokus pada pendidikan internet sehat dan kepribadian remaja. Sexual behavior is influenced by a variety of factors that can be seen with the theory of Pender's Health Promotion Model (HPM). Research purposes was to identify relationships between Self-Efficacy, Internet Media Exposure, Health Education of School Health Program, and Adolescent Sexual Behavior of Senior High School in Yogyakarta City. The study design was correlation analysis with crossectional that used to 131 respondents were obtained by propotional stratified random sampling technique. Results of chi square analysis showed that significant relationships self-efficacy, internet media exposure and no significant relationship health education of school health program with adolescent sexual behavior (p = 0.000; 0,000; and 0,178; CI 95%). The result of logistic regression showed that all independent variables have significant relationships that dominated by the internet media exposure (p = 0,000, OR = 16,519). Counfounding variables that affect the relationships are sex and dating experiences. Sexual education programs need to be improved in the school environment that focused on healthy internet education and adolescent personality. |
