 Abstract
ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan program intervensi untuk mengatasi masalah konflik lintas budaya antara karyawan yang terjadi di organisasi. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode action research dalam melakukan diagnosis dan rencana tindakan/intervensi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa konflik terjadi disebabkan karena rendahnya kecerdasan budaya karyawan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dirancang intervensi berupa program pelatihan dan pengembangan kecerdasan budaya karyawan baik melalui pelatihan di kelas maupun pengembangan melalui proses belajar dari pengalaman (experiential learning).
ABSTRACT
The aim of the study is to develop an intervention program to manage intercultural conflict among staff within organization. This study using action research model to diagnosis problem and propose an intervention. The study prove that the conflict happened resulted from the gaps of staff's cultural intelligence. Based on that we develop a training and development program to improve staff cultural intelligence both by class room training and experiential learning program.
