Abstrak
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan bertujuan agar dapat mengetahui dan memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, mengetahui dan memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi Seksi Sumber Daya Kesehatan khususnya bagian Koordinator Farmasi Makanan dan Minuman (Farmakmin), serta mengetahui dan memahami perizinan, pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian (Binwasdal) terhadap sarana pelayanan kesehatan farmasi, makanan dan minuman di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan. Tujuan tugas khusus ini untuk mengetahui proses tata cara perizinan apotek dan berita acara pemeriksaan (BAP) apotek di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan.
Pharmacists Professional Practice in Health Agency of South Jakarta aims to understand the duties and functions of Health Agency of South and also to understand the duties and functions of the health resources section especially for coordinator pharmacy on food and beverage, and determine and understand about the licensing, development, supervision, and controlling for facilities of pharmaceutical health care, food and beverage at Health Agency of South Jakarta. The purpose of the special task was to determine about the licensing procedures of pharmacy and investigation report of pharmacy at Health Agency of South Jakarta.
