Ners spesialis keperawatan maternitas mempunyai kompetensi dalam penanganan kasus obstetri komplikasi untuk mewujudkan tujuan Millennium Development Goals Penyusunan laporan praktik residensi ini memberikan gambaran tentang peran dan fungsi ners spesialis keperawatan maternitas dalam pencapaian kompetensi Laporan ini memfokuskan penerapan teori need for help Wiedenbach pada asuhan keperawatan ibu hamil yang mengalami ketuban pecah dini Preterm Premature Rupture of Membrane PPROM dengan kelahiran prematur Penerapan teori dalam asuhan keperawatan ini merupakan salah satu dari sembilan peran mandiri perawat ners spesialis keperawatan maternitas yaitu sebagai pemberi pelayanan keperawatan Peran lainnya adalah sebagai edukator konselor advokat pengelola kolaborator komunikator dan koordinator agen perubah dan peneliti Penerapan teori need for help sangat tepat karena sesuai dengan kondisi kasus bahwa PPROM dengan kelahiran prematur adalah salah satu kondisi kegawatan obstetri Penerapan teori tersebut berhasil membantu menyelesaikan masalah keperawatan klien dengan baik Maternity nursing specialist contributes in handling obstetric cases to achieve the MDG rsquo s goals This clinical practice report aimed to describes the roles and functions of maternity nursing specialist in achieving competencies This report focuses on the application of the Wiedenbach rsquo s lsquo need for help rsquo theory to pregnant women who were experiencing preterm premature rupture of membranes PPROM with preterm birth The application of this theory in nursing care is one independent roles of the maternity nursing specialist namely care giver Another roles are educator counselor advocate manager collaborator communicator and coordinator change agent and researcher The application of need for help theory was very appropriate because it was fit to the conditions of the cases where PPROM with preterm birth is one of obstetric emergency conditions The application of the theory had successfully helped to solve the client rsquo s nursing problem well |
