 Abstrak

[ABSTRAK
Krisis energi dan perubahan iklim global mendorong upaya pelestarian sumber daya energi dalam negeri serta peningkatkan efisiensi energi dalam pemanfaatannya pada industri, terlebih sebagian besar energi digunakan disektor ini. Penerapan sistem manajemen energi pada industri menjadi sebuah kebutuhan mendasar bersamaan dengan berlakunya PP No.70 tahun 2009 serta standar EN 16001 atau ISO 50001. Pada Industri Plastic Injection Moulding dilakukan analisa konsumsi energi dimana dari sekian banyak mesin yang dioperasikan, konsumsi energi terbesar digunakan oleh mesin injeksi yang terdistribusi ke enam aspek (motor listrik untuk mesin hidrolik, heater, water cooling, compressor, auxilary equipment, light) dengan prosentase terbesar konsumsi energi pada motor listrik;

Energy crisis and global climate change encourage the preservation of domestic energy resources and increasing energy efficiency in their utilization in industry, especially most of the energy used in this sector. The implementation of energy management systems in industry become a fundamental requirement simultaneously with the enactment PP No. 70 in 2009 and EN 16001 or ISO 50001 standard.
