 Abstrak

[ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini berupaya untuk mengaitkan antara teori eko-arsitektur yang coba saya
angkat dengan realita pada lokasi studi kasus di Bukit Duri, Jakarta Selatan. Metode
penulisan yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini ialah metode kualitatif. Skripsi ini
berupaya untuk melihat penerapan dari konsep eko-arsitektur pada kawasan
pemukiman Bukit Duri dengan ciri ?tepi sungai? Kota Jakarta tersebut. Disaat negaranegara
maju menerapkan konsep eko-arsitektur dengan segala keunggulan
teknologinya, negara-negara berkembang seperti Indonesia menerapkannya dengan
pendekatan berbeda, yaitu pendekatan eko-sosial.;
ABSTRACT
This thesis seeks to find connections between the theory of eco-architecture that I try
to lift with the reality of the case study sites in Bukit Duri, South Jakarta. Writing
method used in this thesis is a qualitative method. This thesis seeks to see the
implementation of the concept of eco-architecture in the residential area of Bukit Duri
with a characteristic 'river' the city of Jakarta. While developed countries apply the
concept of eco-architecture with all the advantages of technology, developing
countries like Indonesia to apply the different approaches, namely eco-social
approach., This thesis seeks to find connections between the theory of eco-architecture that I try
