Kematian neonatus masih merupakan masalah di dunia, hampir 2/3 dari kematian neonatal terjadi pada minggu pertama. Upaya yang dilakukan yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan mulai dari bayi baru lahir hingga berusia 28 hari melalui KN. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi Ibu bayi tentang kelengkapan pemeriksaan saat KN1 di Kec. Pocowarno, Kebumen periode Mei tahun 2012. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskreptif kuantitatif dengan design cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan total populasi yaitu sebanyak 108 orang ibu yang memiliki bayi >2 hari -≤6 bulan. Hasil penelitian: Rata-rata umur 28 tahun. Rata-rata paritas 2 kali, 40.7%lulus SMP, 75% ibu rumah tangga. 36.1% persalinan di rumah,82.4% ditolong bidan. 50.6% berpengetahuan baik tentang kelengkapan pemeriksaan, 2.8%merawat talipusat secara tradisional,59.3% memberi air gula/madu, 0.9%menghamparkan bayi di tampah,9.3% membuang kolostrum. 56.5%Kn1 tepat waktu,26.9% melakukan pemeriksaan dengan standar essensial, 25% menggunakan standar buku KIA. 74.1%pemeriksaan tidak dengan alat yang lengkap.39.8% Buku KIA tidak diisi dan 88.9% responden berpersepsi bahwa pemeriksaan sudah lengkap. About 56.5% neonates visited on time, 26.9% perform the essential standards, 25% using standard KIA book. About 74.1% inspection use uncomplete tool and 39.8% KIA book is not filled. About 88.9% of respondents had perception that the examination is complete. |
