[ABSTRAK Skripsi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui institutional environment,governance structure, dan informal structure dalam koperasi. Dinamika antarlevel ini yang perlu dipahami dalam melihat kecenderungan umum dari ragamkoperasi yang ada. Khususnya dinamika strategi koperasi dalam menerjemahkannilai dan norma menjadi suatu outcomes ekonomi kepada para anggotanya, sertaadaptasi dari governance structure dalam koperasi dengan formal regulationketika terjadi ketidakserasian kebijakan dengan menggunakan Soft SystemMethodology. Dengan menggunakan Soft Systems Methodology (SSM),berbasiskan pada research interest. Penelitian ini merupakan upaya mengkajikoperasi melalui kerangka koseptual Nee dalam New Istitutionalism in EconomicSociology serta melalui serangkaian tahapan dalam Soft Systems Methodology(SSM). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak mudah bagi koperasi melakukanaksi kolektif pada institutional environment, adaptasi menjadi konsekuensi logis.Suatu adaptasi dalam memanfaatkan jaringan dalam melaksanakan negosiasi,bagaimana koperasi mendekatkan diri dan membentuk kerjasama dengankoperasi atau institusi lain.Studi ini kembali memperkuat bahwa ikatan informal dalam suatutindakan ekonomi memiliki peranan penting dalam strategi koperasi mencapaitujuannya apakah mengakomodasi kepentingan anggota atau mendekatkan dirinyadalam regulasi formal. Particularly the dynamics of cooperative strategy intranslating the values and norms become an economic outcomes to its members,as well as the adaptation of governance structure in a formal cooperativeregulation when there is disharmony policy by using the Soft SystemsMethodology as the methodology.
