[Analisis SituasiSemakin banyak perempuan yang berkecimpung di dunia kerjadan mereka berpotensi mengalami stres. Keterlibatan pada hobiyang mengasah potensi diri adalah cara terbaik bagi perempuanJakarta untuk mereduksi stres akibat beban karier maupunkonflik peran ganda. Namun, banyak perempuan yang bekerja diIbu Kota tidak punya banyak waktu dan kesulitan dalammemperoleh informasi tentang hobi yang sesuai dengan kondisidiri mereka.Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan PrototypeManfaat pengembangan prototype ini adalah menjadi referensiseputar hobi pengasah potensi diri beserta komunitasnya bagipara perempuan yang bekerja di Jakarta dalam mencari alternatifpengalih stres. Tujuannya adalah membantu mereka menemukankegiatan positif yang dapat mereduksi stres serta memotivasiuntuk tetap berkarya dengan menekuni hobi yang digemari.Prototype yang DikembangkanMy Hobby and Me disajikan secara menarik, ringan,menginspirasi, serta sarat akan wawasan sosial-budaya. Programini hadir dengan pengemasan yang dinamis dari segi format peritem/rubric maupun pilihan hobi dan tema per episode.Penyajiannya mengedepankan kedekatan program dengan targetpenonton, yakni perempuan berusia 21 tahun ke atas dan bekerjadi Jakarta. Materi yang dibahas, antara lain profil hobi besertacara pengerjaan tahap demi tahap, tips dan trik, komunitasmaupun para penggiatnya, serta wirausaha yang dapatdikembangkan.Evaluasi-Pre-test media akan dilakukan dengan metode survey melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 35 peserta riset khalayak yang telah dilakukan sekaligus menjadi target penonton program ini.-Evaluasi program TV Magazine My Hobby and Me akan mengacu pada data rating dan share Nielsen Audience Measurement, hasil riset kuesioner terhadap 35 target khalayak, serta rapat redaksi mingguan.AnggaranAnggaran pembuatan prototype Rp 1.413.000Rencana anggaran produksi program untuk satu epsisode(Jabodetabek) Rp 7.384.000Perkiraan laba maksimal Rp 92.616.000Rencana anggaran evaluasi Rp 4.412.000, Situation AnalysisMore Indonesian women especially in Jakarta have involved inthe work fields and this situation could make them experiencestress. Involvement in hobbies which can sharpen self-potentialis the best way for Jakarta’s female workers to solve their stressproblems due to carrier pressure as well as dual role conflict.However, many female workers don’t have much time and aretroubled in seeking information about hobbies suitable for theirself-condition.Benefit and Purpose of the PrototypeThe benefit of this prototype development is to be the referencethat much relates to productive hobbies including theircommunities for female workers in Jakarta who seek foralternatives to escape from stress. The purpose is to helpJakarta’s female workers to find positive activities which mightreduce the stress and to motivate them to keep being creativethrough their favorite hobbies.Prototype DevelopedMy Hobby and Me will be presented through the way which isinteresting, light, inspiring, and rich of socio-cultural knowledge.This program exists with dynamic wrapping from its per itemformat as well as the choice of hobbies and themes in eachepisode. Its presentation prioritizes engagement and proximitybetween the program and the audience target who are female,aged over 21, and work in Jakarta.
