Analisis Situasi Kemampuan membaca siswa sekolah dasar tergolong rendah, diduga karena lemahnya pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, perkembangan teknologi komunikasi juga membuat anak Indonesia sering membuka web yang berbau pornografi. Anak Indonesia sering menghabiskan waktu bermain internet daripada membaca buku. Maka dibuatlah web yang berbasis anak, dengan tema cita-cita anak. Nama web tersebut adalah "Melukis Mimpi". Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototype Manfaat dari web ini antara lain memberikan informasi tentang cita-citanya dan bisa berbagi dengana nak lain dengan menjadi citizen journalist. Wadah informasi tentang cita-cita anak, sehingga anak memilih cita-cita sesuai dengan passion-nya bukan karena ikut-ikutan atau dorongan orang lain. Prototype yang Dikembangkan Melukis Mimpi merupakan web yang berbasis anak dan kontennya ditulis oleh anak. Web ini kumpulan cita-cita anak, dimana anak berbagi baik melalui video dan tulisan. Target khalayak, anak berusia 10-14 tahun. Dengan pendidikan kelas 5-6 SD dan 1-3 SMP, Status Sosial Skonomi keluarga A dan B. Video ini memiliki situs resmi di www.melukismimpi.com Evaluasi Pretest media; menggunakan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan bagaimana web seharusnya dibuat. Anggaran Investasi Awal : Rp 16.885.000 Anggaran Apresiasi Jurnalis dan pegawai : Rp 1.600.000 Anggaran Apresiasi Citizen Journalist : Rp 500.000 Total Perkiraan Pengeluaran 1 tahun : Rp 25.200.000 Perkiraan Pendapatan Setahun : Rp 139.400.000 Laba ini akan digunakan untuk pelatihan Jurnalis Cilik pada tahun kedua, sehingga makin banyak yang mengenal dunia jurnalistik. Situation Analysis The elementary student’s reading ability in Indonesia is rated poorly, it is assumed because of the weakly learning process in Bahasa Indonesia. In addition, the development of communication technology also makes the Indonesian children open a pornographic website excessively. Besides that, children of Indonesia is often spend their time with playing Internet than reading a book. That is why I created a web based on children, with the theme of the ideal of children. The name of this web is "Melukis Mimpi" (Painting the Dreams). The Benefits and Purpose of Prototype Development The benefits of this web are to provide information about children’s ideals, and then they can share to another kid with being citizen journalist. This is can be source of information about the ideals of children, so children choose their ideals related to their passion not because of the mainstream or because of the boost from other people. Developed Prototype Painting a Dream is a web based on child and its contents were written by children. Web is a collection of ideals of children, where children share through video and text. The target is the children in 10-14 year olds. With grade 5-6 elementary school and 1-3 Junior High School, with social economic status of families is A and B.
