[Bunuh diri adalah sebuah peringatan untuk perilaku merusak diri ataumencelakakan diri sendiri. Klien dengan risiko bunuh diri selalu merasa semuakejadian dalam hidupnya adalah sulit dan memutuskan jalan keluarnya adalahdengan mengakhiri hidupnya sendiri (Frisch & Frisch, 2006). Tujuan penulisankarya ilmiah akhir ini adalah menggambarkan penatalaksanaan asuhankeperawatan dengan pendekatan The theory of reason action and plannedbehavior Perla Werner pada klien dengan Risiko Bunuh Diri. Penerapan cognitivetherapy dan logoterapi dilakukan pada 10 orang klien di ruang Gatotkaca padakurun waktu 20 Pebruari – 20 April 2012. Hasil cognitive therapy dan logoterapisangat efektif pada klien menunjukkan peningkatan dalam mencegah perilakubunuh diri sebesar 75%. Terapi cognitive therapy dan logoterapi jugamenunjukkan efektifitasnya dimana klien selain mampu berpikir positif jugamampu menemukan makna hidupnya kembali. Berdasarkan hasil di atas perludirekomendasikan bahwa cognitive therapy dan logoterapi dapat dijadikan standarterapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa, khususnya pada klien dengan risiko bunuh diri., Suicide is a warning to self-destructive behavior or harm themselves. Clients witha risk of suicide was always felt all the events in his life is hard and decided thesolution is to the end his own life (Frisch & Frisch, 2006). The purpose of thisfinal scientific work is to describe the nursing care management in client withsuicide risk approach to the theory of reason action and planned behavior PerlaWerner. Theresults of cognitive therapy and logoterapi very effective in preventing the clientindicates of suicide an increase his ability by 75%. Cognitive therapy andlogotherapy also demonstrated its effectiveness in which clients are able to thinkpositive but also able to find meaning in his life again.
