| Hospital Nursing Service Hospital nursing service as an integral part of the hospital care service is the essential or the central part of the hospital service. Naming service is given continuously to the clients within 24 hours and the nature of the nurse-client relationship is the closest and the most intense relationship among health professional in the health care system.In other words, if the hospital nursing service is managed well as professional service, it could become the greatest influencing factor in the achievement of the quality of the hospital care service.There are seven component to be considered and standardized in hospital nursing service includes organization, nursing care management, staffing, facilities, policies, staf development and quality control. |
