Abstract
ABSTRAK
Tesis ini memfokuskan pada Perlindungan Hak Cipta Terkait Dengan Distribusi Karya Sinematografi (Studi Kasus: Peluncuran Film X-Men Origins: Wolverine Dan Ayat-Ayat Cinta). Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, pada saat ini distribusi karya sinematografi banyak yang menyimpang. Dimana terdapat banyak karya sinematografi yang didistribusikan dengan tidak memenuhi hukum yang berlaku, dikarenakan tidak adanya pengaturan hukum yang tegas mengenai hal tersebut. Dari penelitian ini, para produser sebagai pemegang hak cipta atas karya sinematografi dapat mengetahui pentingnya perjanjian lisensi dalam hal distriusi karyanya dan juga hak terkait sehubungan dengan para pelaku yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam karya tersebut.
ABSTRACT
This thesis focuses on the Protection of Copyright Related to the Distribution of Work Cinematography (Case Study: Launching Movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine And Ayat-Ayat Cinta). Along with the development of technology, the current distribution of cinematographic works much distorted. Where there are a lot of cinematographic works are distributed to not meet the applicable law, because there is no strict legal regulation on the matter. From this research, the producers as the holder of the copyright in a cinematographic work to determine the importance of the license agreement in terms of the distribution of his work and related rights in connection with the actors who participated in the work.
