Abstract
Tesis ini membahas jenis peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang pengelolaan penerimaan negara bukan pajak (PNBP) khususnya Penggunaan Dana Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) Dalam Bentuk Pemberian Biaya Operasional Pencapaian Target Dan Pemberian Operasional Intensifikasi PNBP Pada Kementerian Komunikasi Dan Informatika. Tesis ini lebih menitikberatkan pada pembahasan terkait status dari Biaya Operasional Pencapaian Target Dan Pemberian Operasional Intensifikasi PNBP, apakah biaya-biaya tersebut dapat dikategorikan sebagai bentuk tunjangan dan apakah penggunaan dana PNBP bisa digunakan untuk pembayaran tunjangan.
This thesis discusses the types of legislation governing the management of non tax revenues in particular use of Non Tax State Revenue Fund non tax revenues in the form of Giving And Granting Of Operational Target Achievements And Operating Costs Intensification At Ministry of Communications and Information Technology This thesis is focused on the discussion regarding the status of Giving And Granting Of Operational Target Achievements And Operating Costs Intensification whether these costs can be categorized as a form of allowances and whether the use of non tax revenues could be used to fund the payment of benefits.
