[Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia is the implementing agency ofgovernment in the health field has a big role in the health development effortsthrough the formulation, determination and implementation of health policy. Oneof the General Directorate under the Ministry of Health that play a role inimproving pharmacy services is the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical andMedical Devices in charge of the Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services. TheDirectorate has the task of carrying out the preparation of the formulation andimplementation of policies, and the preparation of norms, standards, procedures,criteria ( NSPK ), as well as providing technical guidance and evaluation in thefield of pharmacy services. Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services oversees fourSubdirektorat among others Subdirektorat Clinical Pharmacy, CommunityPharmacy Sub-Directorate, Sub-Directorate of Rational Use of Drugs andStandardisation Sub-Directorate. Pharmacist at Practice Directorate wasconducted from March 15 to July 26, 2013 which of these activities acquiredknowledge about the role of pharmacists in the Directorate of PharmaceuticalServices in accordance with the duties and functions under the Minister of Healthof Republic of 1144/Menkes/Per/VIII/2010. The ongoing work program in theDirectorate of Pharmaceutical Services and implemented by Sub- DirectorateCommunity Pharmacy and Sub Directorate of Rational Drug Use are PIOsoftware development, organized advocacy to college on the role and functions ofpharmacists in health centers, organized PPOR and CBIA ., Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia merupakan badan pelaksanapemerintah di bidang kesehatan yang memiliki peran besar dalam upayapembangunan kesehatan yakni melalui perumusan, penetapan, dan pelaksanaankebijakan di bidang kesehatan. Salah satu Direktorat Jenderal di bawahKementerian Kesehatan yang berperan dalam upaya peningkatan pelayanankefarmasian adalah Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatanyang membawahi Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian. Direktorat inimemiliki tugas melaksanakan penyiapan perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan,dan penyusunan norma, standar, prosedur, kriteria (NSPK), serta pemberianbimbingan teknis dan evaluasi di bidang pelayanan kefarmasian. Direktorat BinaPelayanan Kefarmasian membawahi empat subdirektorat antara lain SubdirektoratFarmasi Klinik, Subdirektorat Farmasi Komunitas, Subdirektorat PenggunaanObat Rasional dan Subdirektorat Standarisasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker diDirektorat ini dilakukan mulai tanggal 15 hingga 26 Juli 2013 dimana darikegiatan ini diperoleh pengetahuan mengenai peran Apoteker di Direktorat BinaPelayanan Kefarmasian yang sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya menurutPermenkes RI No. 1144/Menkes/Per/VIII/2010. Adapun program kerja yangsedang berjalan di Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian dan dilaksanakan olehSub Direktorat Farmasi Komunitas dan Sub Direktorat Penggunaan Obat Rasionalyaitu pembuatan software PIO, menyelenggarakan advokasi ke perguruan tinggimengenai peran dan fungsi Apoteker di Puskesmas, menyelenggarakan PPOR danCBIA.] |
